Building Shared Understanding

Create visibility, shared language, and momentum for solutions grounded in community experience, local context, and historical understanding at a national level, connecting research, policy, and community wisdom. 

Influence the field at large by increasing awareness, shifting mental models, shaping national conversations, building shared understanding, and advancing approaches to implementation that are responsive, practical, and informed by community priorities.

This work focuses on shifting mental models, narratives, and norms that shape how systems and individuals understand evidence, relevance, and effectiveness. It builds shared language and readiness for change, especially where traditional frameworks have historically excluded community knowledge as evidence.

For Communities

Community-Driven Implementation & Capacity Building

Community priorities can be effectively operationalized. Evidence For All supports communities to adapt, implement, and sustain programs and practices in ways that preserve local meaning, relevance, and fit. This work is guided by community knowledge, with Evidence For All playing a supportive role.

Evidence For All supports capacity building and strengthens practice through collaborative coaching and design, ensuring communities lead the work of change. Evidence For All provides hands-on technical assistance and action-oriented partnership to support communities and systems in implementing and adapting programs and practices with local relevance, fidelity, and attention to implementation quality.

Systemic Transformation

Engage in partnerships with systems and communities to address barriers, strengthen structures, and co-create more aligned ecosystems. Support the transformation of institutions and systems to improve coordination, engagement, and responsiveness, embedding practices that strengthen access, participation, and accountability into how systems function.  

This work is all about long-term partnerships focused on addressing misalignment, strengthening structures, and improving how decisions are made. Rather than asking communities to fit into systems, we support systems to fundamentally change how they define evidence, accountability, and success.
